3. Discoloration of inner wall of products

The main reason why the inner wall of the product turns yellow brown is that the heating temperature is too high or the heating time is too long, resulting in the oxidation and dissolution of the resin.

4. The product is narrow and the concave part is not filled

(1) Poor product and mold design

(2) The resin is not heated enough and not melted sufficiently

(3) The viscosity of resin solution is very high and the fluidity is poor

(5) Mold rotation speed and speed ratio are not suitable

5. The product has flash

Flash refers to the situation that the semi molten resin overflows from the gap of the analysis surface of the mold during the heating process. The main causes of flash are as follows.

(1) The analysis surface of die is not tightly closed

(2) Mold vent blocked
